Compressed air sterilisation plant

This unit is designed for the storage of high viscosity product in special pressurised tanks.The tecnique of keeping the product in absolutely aseptic conditions, requires the use of special measure and methods which will exclude all possible errors.
The plant is mainly represented by a unit which, combined with a pressured tank, guarantees, in a full automatic way, the following operations: tank sterilisation, ai unit sterilisation, product discharge, line cleaning, take off of the sterile produvt from the tank and pressurisation of the sterile tank.
